(“E-Power,” the “Company,” “we” or “our”) (NASDAQ: EPOW), a provider of advanced battery materials and AI Data Center (AIDC) microgrid solutions, today announced that its joint venture, Sunrise (Guizhou) New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. (“Sunrise Guizhou”), has received RMB 110 million (approximately US$16.5 million) of the RMB 200 million (approximately US$30.0 million) capital increase subscribed by Jieshou Xinyang Zhanxin Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (the “Investor”).
