Netweb Vs E2E Network: Which Data Center Stock Delivered Better Growth in Q2 FY27
India’s growing demand for artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and high-performance computing is creating opportunities for companies that build and provide advanced computing infrastructure. Netweb Technologies and E2E Networks operate in this space, but their business models differ.
Netweb Technologies designs and manufactures high-end computing systems, including AI systems, supercomputers, and private cloud solutions. E2E Networks focuses on cloud infrastructure, offering GPU computing capacity and AI platforms. Their Q2 FY27 results show strong growth at both companies, but comparing revenue, profits, margins and future business visibility helps explain where their performances differ.
Revenue Growth: Netweb Leads in Revenue, E2E in Growth Rate
Netweb Technologies reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,323.3 crore in Q2 FY27, up 335.7 percent year on year from Rs 303.7 crore in Q2 FY26, and increased 61.4 percent quarter-on-quarter from Rs 819.7 crore in Q1 FY27.

E2E Networks reported revenue of Rs 223.8 crore in Q2 FY27, rising 410.8 percent year-on-year from Rs 43.8 crore in Q2 FY26. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue increased 42.7 percent from Rs 156.8 crore in Q1 FY27.
While E2E Networks recorded the higher percentage growth, Netweb generated nearly six times the revenue of E2E Networks during the quarter. The difference reflects their business models, as Netweb supplies computing systems while E2E provides cloud infrastructure and related services.
Profit Growth and Margins: E2E Reports Higher Margins
Netweb Technologies reported EBITDA of Rs 197.3 crore in Q2 FY27, up 334 percent year on year from Rs 45.5 crore in Q2 FY26. Its EBITDA margin stood at 14.9 percent, compared with 15 percent a year earlier. Net profit increased 334.8 percent to Rs 136.7 crore from Rs 31.4 crore in Q2 FY26.

E2E Networks reported EBITDA of Rs 171.5 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with Rs 18 crore in Q2 FY26, an increase of 852.5 percent. Its EBITDA margin expanded to 76.6 percent from 41.1 percent. Net profit reached Rs 72.7 crore against a loss of Rs 13.5 crore in Q2 FY26, marking a return to profitability.
E2E Networks delivered higher EBITDA and net profit margins, reflecting the economics of its cloud infrastructure business. However, the margins of the two companies are not directly comparable because their business models and cost structures differ. Netweb generated higher absolute EBITDA and net profit during the quarter.
Business Growth and Future Revenue Visibility
Netweb Technologies' AI Systems business was its biggest growth driver, contributing Rs 773.1 crore, or 58.4 percent of Q2 FY27 revenue. High Performance Computing contributed Rs 248.2 crore, while Private Cloud generated Rs 244.8 crore.

As of September 30, 2026, Netweb reported an order book of Rs 2,629 crore and an additional L1 position of Rs 652.5 crore. The L1 position refers to tenders where the company has been identified as the lowest qualified bidder, but a formal order may still be pending. Its order book provides visibility into business awaiting execution.
E2E Networks signed a binding term sheet worth approximately Rs 1,000 crore, excluding taxes, with an India-based sovereign AI company for NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and related services. The agreement runs until June 2029. The company also expanded its GPU capacity to approximately 5,100 GPUs, including 1,024 NVIDIA B200 GPUs.
Both companies are expanding to meet demand for AI infrastructure. However, Netweb's reported order book and E2E's term sheet represent different types of business visibility and should not be treated as equivalent.
Balance Sheet and What Investors Should Watch
Netweb Technologies reported net debt of negative Rs 13.6 crore as of September 2026, indicating a net cash position under the company's reported calculation. It also raised Rs 1,200 crore through a capital raise during Q2 FY27, strengthening its financial position to support future growth.
E2E Networks reported borrowings of Rs 450.4 crore as of September 2026, compared with Rs 103.2 crore in March 2026. Its investment in GPU infrastructure has supported rapid revenue growth, but investors should monitor borrowing levels, capital expenditure and capacity utilisation as the business expands.

E2E Networks recorded faster year-on-year revenue and profit growth, along with substantially higher margins. Investors comparing the two should also consider their different business models, execution risks, valuations, and the capital required to sustain future growth.
