(Nasdaq: NHP) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share of its common stock (including its Class A Common Stock). The dividend will be payable in cash on October 16, 2026 to holders of record at the close of business on October 12, 2026.
