(“ImmixBio”, “Company”, “we” or “us” or “IMMX”), a global leader in relapsed/refractory AL Amyloidosis, today announced the pricing of an underwritten registered offering of 11,363,637 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $11.00 per share. The gross proceeds from this offering are expected to be $125 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by the Company. The offering is expected to close on or about September 30, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
