Indian equity markets continue to face volatility amid elevated crude oil prices, global uncertainties and changing expectations around corporate earnings. Against this backdrop, several domestic and international brokerages have identified stocks where improving business performance, expansion plans and company-specific growth opportunities could support future returns.
Swiggy Limited
With a market capitalization of around Rs. 48,581.52 crore, the shares of Swiggy Limited closed at Rs. 176 on Friday, after declining 16.75 percent during the session. Nomura has maintained a “Buy” rating on Swiggy with a target price of Rs. 300 per share, indicating an upside potential of approximately 70.45 percent from the closing price.

The brokerage expects the company's food-delivery business to support profitability, with estimated EBITDA of Rs. 1,300–1,900 crore across FY27 and FY28. However, Swiggy's quick-commerce business continues to face profitability pressures, with Instamart recording adjusted EBITDA losses of approximately Rs. 895 crore during Q2 FY27.  Nomura has assigned no positive valuation to the quick-commerce business or cash balances in its valuation approach, citing uncertainty surrounding future profitability.
Oberoi Realty Limited
With a market capitalization of around Rs. 58,638.13 crore, the shares of Oberoi Realty Limited closed at Rs. 1,612.70 on Friday, declining approximately 1.35 percent. ICICI Direct has recommended a “Buy” rating on Oberoi Realty with a target price of Rs. 2,200 per share, indicating an upside potential of around 36.41 percent from the closing price.
The brokerage's view follows strong residential sales during Q2 FY27, when the company's pre-sales increased approximately sevenfold year-on-year to Rs. 9,149.7 crore. Its newly launched Three Sixty North project in Gurugram contributed approximately Rs. 7,891 crore, accounting for nearly 86 percent of total quarterly bookings. Collections increased 68 percent year-on-year to Rs. 2,277 crore, while consolidated EBITDA margins improved to around 61 percent. The company's upcoming residential launches and improving rental occupancy are expected to support growth.

CreditAccess Grameen Limited
With a market capitalization of approximately Rs. 16,493.63 crore, the shares of CreditAccess Grameen Limited closed at Rs. 1,027.40 on Friday, declining 5.61 percent during the session. HSBC has maintained its “Buy” rating on the company with a revised target price of Rs. 1,400 per share, indicating an upside potential of around 36.27 percent.
CreditAccess Grameen reported Q2 FY27 net profit of approximately Rs. 502 crore, compared to Rs. 126 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.  Assets under management increased 19.5 percent year-on-year to Rs. 30,946 crore,  while gross non-performing assets declined to 1.79 percent. HSBC expects profitability to remain supported by the company's lending operations, although it has reduced its FY27 and FY28 earnings estimates by 3.6–4.9 percent to account for slower asset growth, fee pressure and higher provisions.
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited
With a market capitalization of around Rs. 71,984.24 crore, the shares of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited closed at Rs. 338.30 on Friday, declining approximately 0.73 percent. Citi has maintained a “Buy” rating on HPCL with a target price of Rs. 435 per share, indicating an upside potential of around 28.58 percent from the closing price.

The brokerage's recommendation follows a recovery in the company's Q2 FY27 operating performance, supported by stronger refining margins and lower marketing losses. HPCL reported consolidated net profit of Rs. 3,625 crore, compared with a loss of Rs. 12,265 crore in the June quarter, while consolidated revenue increased approximately 33.27 percent year-on-year.   Citi expects refining profitability to remain an important earnings driver, although elevated crude prices, inventory effects and continued pressure on petrol and diesel marketing margins remain key risks.
Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited
With a market capitalization of around Rs. 45,653.69 crore, the shares of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited closed at Rs. 1,605 on Friday, declining approximately 4.75 percent. Jefferies has maintained a “Buy” rating on Colgate-Palmolive with a revised target price of Rs. 2,000 per share, indicating an upside potential of around 24.61 percent.
The company's Q2 FY27 net sales increased 12.2 percent year-on-year to approximately Rs. 1,692 crore, while net profit increased to Rs. 342 crore from Rs. 328 crore.  Jefferies expects premiumisation, product innovation and brand investments to support long-term growth. However, advertising expenditure increased to approximately 19 percent of revenue, affecting operating margins. The brokerage has reduced its earnings estimates by 3–4 percent while retaining its positive outlook on the company's growth prospects.
Indian Hotels Company Limited
With a market capitalization of around Rs. 1.11 lakh crore, the shares of Indian Hotels Company Limited closed at Rs. 781.75 on Friday, declining approximately 0.07 percent during the session. Motilal Oswal has reiterated its “Buy” rating on Indian Hotels with a target price of Rs. 870 per share, indicating an upside potential of approximately 11.29 percent from the closing price.

The brokerage expects growth to be supported by strong domestic travel demand, higher room realisations and expansion across the company's hotel brands. Indian Hotels reported 22 percent year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue during Q2 FY27, while revenue per available room increased 28 percent. Management has raised its FY27 revenue-growth guidance to 15–17 percent from 12–14 percent. Motilal Oswal expects revenue, EBITDA and adjusted profit to grow at compound annual rates of 14 percent, 15 percent and 19 percent, respectively, between FY26 and FY28.
