Here are my whistle blower claim numbers with the SEC for the three stocks:
SEC claim number 16661-575-646-239 was submitted by me on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, for EVFM. Before delisting, Brokers Failed-To-Deliver 41 million shares in August CY2022 when the total share count averaged 22 million and the float was 10 million.  511 million shares were traded June 27^(th).  On June 28^(th volume) was 342 million. Three days later, there were 8.8 million failures to deliver and the next day 8.2 million failures to deliver. 
SEC claim number 16686-808-231-270 was submitted by me on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 for PTE: Polarity TE, Inc.  Between January 2019 and Oct 2022 when PTE received a buyout offer of $1.25 a share, there had been 24,394,607 share Failures-To-Deliver (FTDs) which was over ten time the total average outstanding share count of 2.1 million.
 Number 16685-243-004-118 was submitted by me on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. ZSAN: Zosano Pharma Corporation. Between January 2020 and July 2022 when ZSAN went  out of business, there had been 33,929,771 share Failures-To-Deliver (FTDs). The total average outstanding share count of 3.4 million. On certain days the total stock sale exceeded the total float by many times. In CY2022 there were 12,242,771 shares failed to deliver or 4 times the average outstanding share count.
The SEC says don’t call us again, we won’t tell you anything about the claims. unless they want more information or have a resolution. The claims are still open.
I also lost money on stocks that look like they are now in a short selling death spiral:  I sold them at a loss-  for a higher price than they are today. DM, CLNE. AHT, ASTR, BXRX, MTNB, CLOV, & TLRY.
