The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P 500® Pure Growth Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index includes securities that exhibit the strongest growth characteristics as measured using three factors: three-year sales per share growth, three-year ratio of earnings per share change to price per share, and momentum (12-month percentage price change) as selected by the index provider strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures. The fund is non-diversified.
