I was wondering if it would be interesting to do a mix between a global allocation with tilt in value (AVGV, and yes, I know that Avantis does filters in addition to value, such as profitability, momentum, etc.) and quality.
Since I didn't find any global ETF for quality, I thought of something like JQUA/QUAL for the US exposure and IQLT/IDHQ/QLVD for the ex-US allocation. I would respect the 60/40 allocation in US/ex-US.
The question would also be how interesting this factor would be. 25%? 50%? Assuming 25%, the total allocation would look like this:
* 75% AVGV
* 15% QUAL
* 10% IQLT
As the ETFs I mentioned for ex-US do not have an allocation to emerging countries, I would probably have to buy AVEM/AVES to keep this allocation around 10%.
Another thing I also thought about was making an equal division into VT/AVGV/Quality.
