Good day,
Personally I would recommend my community here at qc katipunan at LGV while my mother and mother’s side are all on the White Plains and Valle Varde opposite to my father and father’s side on Ayala Heights Qc - Trevi Marikina City - Rancho Estate Marikina City
(I saw on the map San Mateo and Antipolo)
- We have some properties in Filinvest 2 (I would recommend this as well very near to every)
- also on Timberland Heights (very fresh and kind of near to Marikina/Qc)
We do have a lot of lots on those and here:
- Ollopsville or Olops Village on San Mateo good as well near Marikina/Qc and everything
- sunvalley good for golfing or fam session on our lots and very accessible on going down to the city (spacious roads as well)
- or buy big lots on “Boso-Boso”
From your budget I would HIGHLY recommend you to buy at Rancho Estate 1, 2, or 4 East and West not 3!!! (Super near antipolo but still near going ti qc/mnl)
Or at Trevi Executive Village as well can be near antipolo but very near QC/Mnl
Greenheights on marikina but not a subdivision/village
Marikina Heights
Recommend location are all flood free!
I don’t know much on antipolo, but for Marikina City places that you should avoid are (for floods and other concerns):
- Provident village
- places near SM Marikina
- twinville
- some parts in concepcion uno
- some parts on SSS Village
- Hacienda Heights expensive but the roads are very narrow
- parang marikina
Recommended on Rancho Estate for the budget make your spending all worth it!
