AOA (80/20) vs ITDC vs AOR (60/40) ... and both AOA and AOR are 20-30 times bigger funds than ITDC ... and no gliding paths

I think you should keep your FIHFX for two reasons.
First thing first: Selling off all your FIHFX would be a huge taxable event. So if your goal is to minimize taxable events, selling off your FIHFX is contrary to that goal.
Second, I believe FIHFX to be a superior fund over ITDC, with better performance. It's true FIHFX has capital gains distributions, but it is also the more profitable fund (and then you can use the extra money you made, to pay your taxes).
In my opinion, Fidelity Freedom funds are industry best, and I recommend you should stick with either FIHFX or FFTHX, rather than switch to the iShares ETFs.

ITDC underperforms IVV both I shared ETFs.
The target date is 2035. Is that when you plan to retire?
It's shedding dividends at 16% per year.
I would not buy.
