I like $VEXC it is Vangurd Ex-US Ex-China. I bought shares when it opened up after holding $XCEM for a while. I like that Vanguard allows you to buy this instead of having geopolitical risk with VXUS.
$ELD is emerging market bonds. YTD it is up 7% plus dividends.
When emerging market bonds rally the emerging market stock rallies. They seem to be more correlated than US stock to bond correlation. I would argue that stocks and bonds are more correlated Sharpe than most realize if you zoom out to eras before the 1981-2020 bond bull market and 1982-2025 bull market.
$EEM is the most liquid emerging markets ETF and $EDC is a levered EEM ETN.
VEA is a great ETF. So is $VGK Europe.
$AIA is probably the best ETF for the top Asian stocks that include China.
I do not follow each country enough but do know a combination of Franklin funds like FLKR Korea FLJP Japan and FLTW Taiwan are best to slowly DCA a little into each: the FL■■ ETFs. FLGR is Germany.
EW■ ETFs like EWJ Japan are more liquid to trade.
EWA Australia to EWW Mexico.
If I did not buy the $VEXC I would have bought $VEA.
