Dragoneer Growth Opportunities Corp. is a newly organized blank check company formed by an affiliate of Dragoneer Investment Group, LLC ('Dragoneer'). On February 3, 2021, DGNR announced a definitive agreement to merge with CCC Information Services Inc. ("CCC").
