Tbh I dont like your distribution.
I am the same longer time Lurker, researcher. I like investing off fundamentals.
Since you like "international investments" id much rather invest a little more specifically into individual buisness. I feel are devalued, and they pay above average div. % .
Im very bullish Brazil Mex, tex and Florida.
PBR, IIPR, CVX, CPT, CX, FEMSA.
PBR: Brazil is rock bottom, gov overthrown. Theyre the largest South Amercian oil company and have E&P, midstream and distribution channels built in. They are owned 33-50% by the government, and pay a large share of revenue.
Ive been buying recently and get great value. I like them for a South American representative in the Venezuela oil and just oil down there. Healthy div. They'll pay out....
CVX: to cover NA representation of the oil, they all have evevry channrl.
Femsa: for coke, and largest distributor in South and Central America, and Mexico based.
CPT: trading below NAV!
IIPR: trading great book value, and healthy div.
