The investment seeks to track the results of a fully collateralized investment in futures contracts on the Bloomberg Roll Select Commodity Total Return Index composed of a diversified group of commodity futures which attempts to minimize contango and maximize backwardation. The Trust seeks to track the investment results of the index before fees and expenses of the Trust. The Trust holds long positions in index Futures whose settlement value at expiration is determined based on the value of the Bloomberg Roll Select CI at that time. The Trust also earns interest on its non-cash Collateral Assets.
