Hey, da wurde die AG gegründet. Der Grundstein war gelegt, alle weiteren Kapitalstockerhöhungen wären laut so einer Argumentation nicht notwendig gewesen, die Produktionsmittel waren ja schon da.

Schon irgendwie lustig: Die IGM fordert kürzlich noch die 32h-Woche bei vollem Lohn und die AG antworten mit 40h bei gleichem Lohn.😂

Brauche Monatlich Medikamente also fällt es für mich eh weg. Verstehe aber auch nicht ganz, warum man das Risiko eingeht, eine Kleinigkeit nicht Abchecken zu lassen und so seine Gesundheit aufs Spiel setzt, nur um bei 90k 450€ zu sparen. Wenn ich eh schon tausende im Jahr reinbutter (und mein AG auch), dann nutze ich es auch.

Laut App über viacash / Grenke Bank AG. Hast du damit Erfahrung? Sagt man beim Bezahlen einfach "achj bitte 500€ einzahlen, hier Code!"

Wieso Trend? Das gibt es ja schon sehr lange. Und oft gibt es ja auch einen Grund dafür, wrnn man z.B. immer Vollgas gibt und andere, die weniger machen, trotzdem mehr Gehalt bekommen und befördert werden. Hab ich auch mal bei einem AG gemacht, weil man als Frau dort prinzipiell schlechter bezahlt wurde. AG-Wechsel hat dann 50% mehr Gehalt gebracht.

Was soll denn „absolutes Minimum“ heißen?
Es gibt einen Vertrag der für eine definierte Leistung A das Gehalt B zahlt. Da gibt es eigentlich weder ein Minimum noch ein Maximum.
Der AG zahlt doch auch immer genau die gleiche Summe. Wieso sollte also die Leistung mehr sein, als das was vertraglich vereinbart ist?
Wer mehr will kann um Bonus- oder Provisionsmodelle erweitern. Dann hat der MA einen Anreiz mehr zu leisten.

PKV-Beitrag ist da oft günstiger. Es gibt sogar PKV Tarife die während der Elternzeit beitragsfrei laufen, was gerade für Elternteile die lange Elternzeit nehmen möchten interessant ist.
Das System wie dein GKV Beitrag während Elternzeit berechnet wird ist völlig pervers. Stark vereinfacht: Es wird das Einkommen deines Partners herangezogen worauf du dann AG+AN GKV zahlen darfst. Mindestens ca. 300€, Max. ca. 600€. Das Ganze ist prozentual an die BBG gekoppelt.
Es ist leider sehr schwierig hierzu einfach verständliche Quellen zu finden, die alle relevanten Infos zusammentragen. Viele Leute erwischt das deshalb völlig kalt, siehe z.B. [dieser Theead.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Finanzen/s/d7SEWImJ54)

Peace is negative actually. A peacfull world means u can invest everywhere. I think war was super good for US Stocks as they were a safe haven/are a safe haven. When Europe with this whole Urain/Ruschia is finally at peace and they start to rebuild, you should have bought european stocks, especially Swiss, German and Austrian stocks. Ich habe meinen VL Vertrag bei fidelity über Corporate Benefits und dort im Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF (USD) Accumulating A2PKXG. Habe ich dort seit 2024. Einzahlung bis jetzt 32 \* 40 € = 1280 €durch den AG ergibt stand Heute: 1.525,87 EUR ein Plus von 274,06 EUR.
Ich bin bis jetzt zufrieden dafür das es Geld ist an das ich nicht denke und es von sich aus anhäuft. :)
