There it is, I was wondering when the racism or homophobia would come out. You can play as a Japanese person in the game but you probably hate women as well.
Also Yasuke, who existed, served in Japan between 1581 and 1582. Assassins Creed Shadows is set from 1579 to 1582, so correct era.

Probably worth noting as well Assassins Creed games often act like they are historical but they really are not. The amount of people from wrong eras that are shoehorned into the game since the very first AC game is pretty damn high. Go back and play them and I’m sure you will report back how wrong and historically inaccurate they all are.
I’m guessing you will be avoiding GTA6 as well right, no hype for that at all, that will definitely fail.

Only accidentally. CREF 403b came first, then American Century for non-retirement investments, and finally Vangurard to have access to index funds unavailable at AC.

I thought about selling 5 an paying off the other 5 but then I still have upkeep and repairs and vacancies and roofs and AC units and all that stuff. It really eats into your returns.  I feel like I can get more literally by just investing in the stock market or even a HYSA.

I mean; pinakabasic yung term na diversification sa investmenr.
Saan yung diversification sa index ? Ehh parang $SM and $AC index yun. With overlapping industries, property,banking,retail and etc
I mean goods naman if pataas parati eh. Pero what if SM or AC had rough years; lakas ng exposure nun sa dalawa.

PSEi is garbage.
The stocks are also garbage, yet money making garbage.
s and p have flat years too...
PSEi have profitable years.
Malas mo lang if isa ka mga buyers sa all time highs.
Percentage wise my PSE stocks still beats my S &P investment.
Even the bad $AC stock beats S and P roi for me.
Entry and exit point matters.
