The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ® Clean Edge® Green Energy IndexSM. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks that comprise the index. The index is a modified market capitalization-weighted index designed to track the performance of companies whose securities are listed on NASDAQ, NYSE MKT or NYSE that are primarily manufacturers, developers, distributors or installers of clean-energy technologies. It is non-diversified.
