Impressive, I looked through your profile and it appears that your trading is mostly based on order blocks and FVG.
1. When you look for good OB or FVG in different time frames, how far back do you look on each time frame? Like on a 4H candle do you look back 5 days or like 4 weeks?
2. Do you use leverage to grow you account faster?

This is just my thoughts and you do what's right for you and your family in your situation. I'd do what others say and rent a modest place. Pay off your student debt while living like a resident. A few more years of residency for a lifetime of financial stability seems worth it to us. We started the wrong way and spent money like congress. It we got a bit in over our heads and started over. Not bankruptcy or anything. We got our heads on straight about 2 years ago and sold everything to pay off debt. We're currently only owe money on a construction loan for our new lake house. That loan total will be less than 250k by the time they're done building because we've saved so much and we also pay huge chunks as we go with every draw. We're 5 years out of her residency.
My wife is family practice with OB. They guarantee her 315k per year and she can bonus above that. Her bonus at her last job was 3x what you were offered. Her current job was more. 50k for a bonus seems very low but idk the area and we live in a very rural part of the Midwest.
Good luck 🤞.

EUR/USD is great pair for SMC but from my experiance (i trade 1h/4h OB's with prem/disc zoning and liq sweeps as confirmations) and my strategy simply does not work on gold, so keep that in mind.
Dude when i was your age i would smoke weed and play video games all the time. Life just started for you, chill out. I feel like one of the most important things in trading is to not pressure yourself and take it slow and steady. You got this, you got time.
