For me it's €, less hustle but since you need to switch currency from bank to t212 anyway it's basically preference and a bit of speculation which one would hold value better. What do people in MKD use most? Idk

Hey guys,
I'm new to investing and would appreciate some tips and advice from you.
I'm from North Macedonia, and our currency is MKD. When I set up my T212 account, I mistakenly chose USD as the primary currency. So, when I made my first deposit, I deposited USD and bought VUAG, only to realize that there was an exchange fee that converted USD to GBP.
I learned that you can deposit different currencies, and I assume the goal is to deposit a currency based on the ETF market exchange, right?
For example, my plan is to invest in VUAG, so I would need to deposit GBP. This way, I would only pay exchange fees once — from MKD to GBP (which I assume is done by the bank) — and then I can buy the ETF.
Also, I see a lot of posts about diversification. Isn't VUAG diversified enough? The goal is to include stocks/ETFs from different countries, right? If so, could you suggest some?
Thank you so much!
