I’m focused on the current fundamentals and whether the company is undervalued based on what they’re doing now — not what happened years ago under a different business. The past wasn’t great, but that was under a different ticker (MICS) and a completely different model. They’ve already shared plans to exit that karaoke business and are actively trying to hire someone to sell it. They clearly understand it failed and are now fully shifting to SemiCab. This is a new story — and that’s what I’m investing in.
