It's hard to tell the ***market*** value of many SPAC / deSPAC warrants, but it seems to be rarely, if ever, the same as the Black Scholes value.
For example, take CLBR and ISRL. Both are SPACs, both have warrants with identical terms, both have DAs. Chances are the Black Scholes value of those might be similar.
However, CLBR.WS warrants closed at $1 today, while ISRLW warrants closed at 10.5 cents.
The Black Scholes value is mostly important when/if a deSPAC is bought out and the warrant agreement contain a buyout clause that specifies the Black Scholes value to be used to determine the warrant value.
