The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the OFI Revenue Weighted ESG Index™ (the "underlying index"). The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities of companies included in the underlying index. The underlying index is constructed using a rules-based methodology to select companies from within the S&P 500® Index that have strong environmental, social and governance practices, and then re-weight those companies according to the revenue earned, subject to a maximum 5% per company weighting.
