I've been going with DFRG lately as an all-in-one global option. Compared to XEQT it's weighted higher on Europe(~25%) and China(3.25%), lighter on US(55%), and very light on Canada(1.8%).
It uses a multi-factored approach and currently holds 332 companies, much fewer than the 8k+ in xeqt.
