Dapat may abogado (by-laws or IRR), accountant (para sa establishment ng process ng pera internal and external), manager for the grocery at taga ayos ng papeles dahil marami ka aayusin.
May lending ka pa pala, so dapat meron ka din tao para dito.
Bago ka magsimula o maging operational dapat ma-solve mo na sa business/operarional plan ang mga anticpated problem, para variance nalang ang concern mo.
So sa word na cooperative, so may botohan kayo at may mga nakaupong member, dapat pati botohan ay maayos mo o may maestablished na kayo na rules bago pa ito mangyari.
Bukod sa internal concerns or problems, dapat may tao ka rin sa external issue, like procurement ng grocery products, Lalo na sa pautang at di nagbabayad, or paano ka makakuha ng more investors.

Kasi mostly nahuhulog sa mga failed investment opportunities are those people who just relies on what other people explained on certain things and not doing the work on their own. :)
