Not yet in my opinion.
They'll be provisioning higher all year and are trading at historically high multiples despite the recent drop and flat (and likely decreasing) ROA and ROE/ROTCE. Just look at 2022 to see how much worse things can get. Multiple expansion happened with the broad market and wasn't tied to fundamentals last year, it was more of a euphoria and broad market push.
There are a lot of bearish things to consider and decreasing rates that usually improve NIM probably won't help much.
I sold the largest six in December and January personally, I kept VBNK but regretted it and lost 10% in a small position.
Long-run it's fine to buy but I'm short-term bearish and would rather grab it at a point more in line with historical multiples.
