Hi everyone!
Currently looking to raise a bit of capital in the Live Music Entertainment industry (electronic dance music)!
We’re an independent event promoter company based in Canada and we book A-list talent (EDM DJs) to have them perform in front of 2,500+ guests, average concert structure
The business model is very straightforward:
• $70k-$100k investment to produce the concert, pay the artist fee, and cover the marketing costs (which won’t be a lot since we have a strong brand with incredible reach already in place)
• ROI is obtained post-concert (3 months to promote, 5-10 business for ticket revenue to be paid out)
• ROI is made from ticket revenue where the artist sells 90% of tickets through their brand alone while 10% of remaining tickets leading up to the show is sold through our company’s promoter team and company branding
