there is CSAM on the internet... on X... on FB. IG. SC does that mean that everyone that uses those apps are liable? I get there is a little bit of nuance here but the underlying liability will be no different. Get caught accessing/distributing and go to jail it's that simple and that alone will protect virtually 99.99% of anyone running a full node because 99.99% won't know how to access it let alone distribute it.

I dont understand what is the benefit of SC compare to an open source project?
Why is a SC a big deal?
What can I do with SC that I can not do with traditional programing?
For me it sounds like a solution without a problem, in crypto I care about transfer money to other people
