A lot of what you said is BS.
Zen 5 had some nice ideas but has a few critical bottlenecks. Main one seems to be infinity fabric and io die. Both are getting improvements next generation+ a wider core design. It's a more data center oriented product which should allow it lead over Intel. The reason Zen 5 worked out is because Intel was still worse and their performance advantage in DC is massive.
RDNA 4 didn't abandon it. AMD did try again with that approach but for one reason or another it didn't work. UDNA will be another try at it reportedly. They're not giving up there.
RDNA actually had very good gains in IPC. Not sure what you're talking about. HUB or another channel did measure it and the gains were huge.
The FSR debacle is bad but over exaggerated. FSR 4 even with all the optimizations has a 2 settings gap between RDNA 4 and RDNA 3 top end. It's not as performant as you'd think. Obviously, they should release it still but it's not as straight forward as people think.
The 9850X3D is literally 20$ more. The 9950X3D doesn't outperforms the 9800 and it's more productivity oriented. They could sell it at any price because they're not competing products. The 9800X3D isn't gimped there's a whole host of considerations that go into deciding those values.
