[Link to NanoGPT itself.](https://nano-gpt.com/landing) Some updates:
## Payment statistics
[Blog post](https://nano-gpt.com/blog/november-2025-payment-stats) and [Twitter link](https://x.com/NanoGPTcom/status/1995512640051851325). Monero has been the top used coin for quite a while now, and is currently over half of all crypto payment volume. We try to sneakily [keep tagging Bitpay](https://x.com/NanoGPTcom/status/1995512645626314820) and others because we'd love for Monero to be supported in more places.
**One question** that you guys might be able to answer better than we are able to: we increased our minimum confirmations for a bit during the recent attack. Is there a current consensus on how many confirmations make sense to do?
## NanoGPT updates
For those not aware, we think we are one of the merchants with the most crypto payments, and that we're one of the best ways to use AI with actual privacy (hence the high Monero usage). That said, we need to keep improving so we've added some things recently.
**Teams**. We've released [Teams](https://nano-gpt.com/teams). Set up a team for your organization/company, have centralized billing, set per-member or global maximums for usage, pick what models can be used etc. For companies wanting to use AI this gives access to every AI model, meaning different departments can use whatever AI makes most sense for them. The top text models, image models, video models, [TEE models](https://nano-gpt.com/blog/trusted-execution-environments-and-confidential-ai-on-nanogpt) for extra privacy, we have it all. You can even Bring Your Own Key from other services if you have credits left there. All with our same privacy guarantees as for individuals.
**x402 protocol**. The x402 protocol essentially means that we can now be used with even more privacy. No need to even set up an anonymous account and API key, you can make any call and get a "payment required" with payment instructions. [Read more about it here](https://nano-gpt.com/blog/blog-x402-nanogpt).
**Global Memory**. Inspired by ChatGPT's Memory feature. This is still in beta. Models learn about you as you go. Since we value privacy, we wanted to improve on this:
* Full visibility into what is stored and sent.
* Auto-add (updates Global Memory when it sees fit) versus Manual mode (proposes memories to add or remove)
* Set your own analyzer model. Default is GLM 4.5 Air because it's fast, cheap and no-log, feel free to change.
* Memories stored locally (same as conversations), only synced to cloud if you turn on sync
It's obviously off by default. It can also be turned off on any individual conversation.
**Bunch of smaller updates**:
- The [updates page](https://nano-gpt.com/updates) has had a make-over. Our pace of development feels like it's accelerating, so for those that want to keep track, we try to update there.
- An [Explore page](https://nano-gpt.com/models/image) to be able to see all the different image, text, video models, with examples and such in there. A prettier overview essentially.
- NanoGPT is now supported in [Kilo Code](https://kilo.ai/)! Works great in combination with our subscription - $8 a month gets you 60k prompts for coding, and you get a discount on models like Claude Opus 4.5, Gemini 3 Pro and more.
- We now have an OpenAI compatible v1/speech endpoint for TTS
- Per-API key limit settings
- Can now set samplers (temperature etc) on our frontend as well.
- BYOK expanded. Bring your own key - if you still have Azure credits but don't want to bother setting it up, use through us.
## Models updates:
It's honestly just too many. If it's a model you can think of, it's online. To explore them, use the new [explore page](https://nano-gpt.com/models/image). Models are moving fast. I'd recommend giving Claude Opus 4.5 a try, it's insane for coding.
We've also added a lot of TEE models. TEE is the best privacy possible for online models, so for models that are generally too big to run locally (say GLM 4.6) but where you desire maximum privacy, check it out.
That's all for this month!

Hi i created many(mean reversion/nonlinear/GLM/option density function.. and correlation strat, p value is decent, but whenever i use them, they always doesn't match the EV, i don't know where i am wrong I feel not able to match market adaptation, i have tried many things like market regime, hidden market forces that may impact results,
I don't understand what next to do
i know past frequency != Future, but what to with pattern that was reliable like for 15 years, and starting of this year that pattern falls like no tomorrow,
Does that mean i should leave all these models or what, or any adaptive model that can help

IIRC GPT-5 was made to save costs (for them not for you) from GPT-4o or O3, and it got even worse with GPT-5.1, so that's probably why.
Chinese models (Deepseek, Qwen, GLM, Kimi) are probably better than GPT in terms of cost per performance.
