XRP has performed incredibly well - many tokens are back where they were at election levels, while it has been pretty much sitting over $2 for months
If we get a full blown alt season XRP is set to be one of the best performers - as for releases people already know 1b tokens are unlocked each month - many of these just get locked right back up… the might dump narrative has gotten very stale : ripple has been a huge asset to XRP as well and largely added far more value - tbh posts like this firmly showcase you as the average retail speculator though - trading emotionally, buying in at the top, no patience when things go sideways and down, and ready to jump ship before things actually get exciting - personally I have diversified a lot of my holdings ; I have XRP XLM SUI HBAR LINK DOT ALGO FLR ADA ETH, but I just buy and hold and wait - hold over a year? Great - huge tax benefits when selling… dips further? Great - buy more and lower your average buy price…

Because the robotaxi thing requires remote intervention at a high enough rate that they still need human supervision, which eliminates most of the financial benefits of self driving robotaxis. And if you simple consider it a value add to their usual car sales, you also somehow have to justify that their sales are simultaneously dropping in all their core markets while their self driving competitors (GM, Ford, Mercedes, BMW, VW) all are catching up and offer hands free features.
That’s not even touching the brand damage side of things, because most liberal folks I know would never buy a Tesla after DOGE, and that’s traditionally Tesla’s core audience.
So I guess the question is, if the self driving is so good, where is that going drive profits that justify even half of the current valuation?

Don't feel bad. I bought in at like .25 but then doubled down at .15 this past weekend. And will probably do so again, and again. Until im homeless, then someone will wake me up and I will go for a drink at the 24/7/11 and it will be DOGE as far as the eye can see.

I've noticed that, too; Dogecoin seems to dip just as Bitcoin climbs. It's wild how they don't always move together. I buy Dogecoin a few times myself when it dropped, just to hold and see where it goes. I usually use Moonpay for quick buys, it's worked well for me when I wanted to grab some DOGE during a dip.

I haven't heard of the Forbes 500 before. I would be hard pressed to name more than 10 CEOs in general, much less other car company CEOs, because most of them keep a low profile and are comparatively "boring."
Tesla's CEO keeps himself in the news cycle with all kinds of wild stuff and has bought his way into politics around the globe. He made even more of a name for himself with DOGE, and not just with "perennially online internet dwellers." Being on Reddit, I suppose you'd probably consider yourself one of those people. Musk (and his actions) are very much known outside of the internet community.

You can try trading crypto, you could do more with less. Only stick with major coins: BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, XLM, AVAX are some. These settle instantly (instead of waiting).
Even with crypto, I wouldn’t try with less than $500-$1000. You could setup weekly buys on Robinhood for $10-$20. For what it’s worth, almost no-one lost money on Bitcoin (if you held).

The opposite happened to me. My father in law, out of the blue, texted me to help him put $10k into DOGE around the holidays last year. His friend mentioned to him that he was missing out and could make a lot of money. I told him that I'd look into it and get back to him since I knew that he would not take a NO from. I sold most of my coins after that text, having a feeling that the top had arrived. Then, about a month later, I called him to let him know that I stupidly had forgotten to purchase DOGE, but it was a good thing as coins were losing value.

Now that Elon is out of the office, maybe DOGE will bounce back on its course. Hopium absolutely!

Bei Tesla "Investoren" gehts schon lang nicht mehr um Autos, der Messias wird schon irgendwie eine neue Goldgrube finden (vielleicht diese beim Start explodierenden Raketen, vielleicht eine "Alles-App" die leider den Großteil seiner Nutzer sowie einen der weltweit bekanntesten Markennamen in den letzten Jahren verloren hat, vielleicht von DOGE geklaute Daten die er verkauft oder mit denen er seine KI füttern kann - es bleibt spannend)

Not being tied to the DOGE/MAGA albatross is a huge gift for the long term. Was worth some short term pain.
