Imo, seems like BTC is making a head & shoulders on the Weekly timeframe. I’m looking for another lower high (100-110) and then a drop to 66-63k.

With BTC down maybe not yet a play but ABVE is looking very good if it cracks 3.15-3.20 and/or holds in the early 2.90s

BTC will more than likely recover ATH. Crypto bros aside MMs and institutions have a lot of money vested in the “asset”. So depending on what your brother did, it’s not necessarily over. Also, do not ever give other people your money to trade or invest.

DeFi crypto collateral loans run through Aave protocol smart contracts which automatically execute at a certain spot price. BTC goes below a certain price, boom, instant collateral liquidation.

BTC needs to be more casual user friendly.

This would still rely on a 3td party to manage the gold though.

we want to buy... just not at these prices. why buy BTC at 126k 90k or 80k if you can buy it for 30k in a few months? I think this is where most people are at since the down trend started by big players shorting the market. so smart traders started taking profits and just wait for the reset thats "allways coming". who knows... this might be the floor... but i definetly dont believe so.
i did call the bottom last cycle.... but then again... who knows right?

Wow, so who had the ability to wipe out a valued $140 billion in BTC in one day or a few hours? (Cause you can see the buying pressure but 1-2 Candles of pure selling pressure like liquidated in 1 go)

I would stay away from BTCI, the percentage you have allocated is way too big. It’s literally your biggest holding by far considering all the others are indexes. I think BTC is nuts, but THIS much BTC is insane.

Nya Fed chairman ska väljas snart och det pekar mot Kevin Hassett. Hans bästa egenskap är att han blir en lojal hund till Trump och kommer försöka stimulera ekonomin kortsiktigt med sin påverkan i många idiotiska val på bekostnad av det långsiktiga styrkan av USA i helhet. Detta kommer vara fortsatt gynnsamt för techaktier samt dåligt för USD. Läs gärna om Hassett så du kan argumentera varför han är kruxet bakom nedan val.

Jag skulle köpa:

30% splittat mellan Mag7 bolagen eftersom de är i princip den ekonomin vi snackar om ovan.
25% Investor B eftersom det innehåller starka bolag främst i SEK som funkar som naturlig hedge mot exponeringen mot dollaraktierna ovan. Den skulle man gärna vilja hålla flera år men din tidshorisont funkar också. Sveriges nummer 1 aktie.
10% Bitcoin tracker. Den har dippat rejält och reflekterar ekonomin i stora drag numera samt man vill inte missa eventuell stort uppgång. Kopplat till ovan i andra ord och en bråkdel av BTC exponering borde alla ha ifall den skjuter upp igen som den har gjort flera gånger
25% Här har du mera frihet men kanske en blandning av uran och yolo tech aktier funkar då de gynnas av datacenter uppbyggnad osv för AI som håller befintliga marknaderna uppe. Tänk UUUU, DNN, HESAI, RKLB, AEVA, OUST. Uran behövs för modulära kärnkraftsverkarna som redan har beställts och kommer behöva beställas och de andra fyra ger dig cashen som kan ge bäst avkast (eller förlust) av alla nämnda här.
10% blanka USD. Köp BEAR USD certifikat eller liknande då dollarn kommer försvagas om ovanstående stämmer. En svag dollar är bra för amerikanske export och det dyrt för amerikanst import som kammar hem mera pengar till statskassan genom befinitliga tullarna på bekostnad av ikke-rika amerikaner som drabbas hårdast. Trump kan eventuellt också använda svaga dollarn för att skriva ner värdet av deras statsskule som är astronomisk och historiskt högsta någonsin.
 
Det är riktig bull case ovan och om det skiter sig så kan du vinna på argumentationen iaf om jag inte är helt efterbliven i min resonemang vilket också är möjligt.

The seller locks BTC in an HTLC with a hash + timeout. The buyer’s XMR payment reveals the preimage needed to unlock that HTLC. If the buyer never pays → seller gets BTC back via timeout. If the seller never cooperates → buyer cannot reveal the preimage, so no BTC ever leaves the HTLC.

I transact in BTC every day. There are vehicles for this. That is, unless your country prohibits it. Downside is I have to keep some of it on an exchange to do so. Other than that nothing from stopping P2P payments.

I dont care because I know the 30% up month will return as well.
Im in BTC since 2018. The longer you stay, the more relaxed you get with these drops. Mainly because you are still up overall.

I got my brother into crypto back in 2017 and I've been managing/trading on his behalf for a while now.
In 2019 he moved overseas but I've been managing his holdings since then and he wants to liquidate now.
I told him that the best thing would be for him to create his own account with an exchange that operates in the country he is now and I transfer the BTC (and other assets) to him to liquidate and withdraw to his own bank account. Since if I do it, HMRC are going to ask me for a tax bill.
Since I'm in the U.K. what documents or evidence do I need should HMRC ask me what these transactions were since 1st January the new reporting requirements come in.

I'm from Europe. BTC holder from 2019. I don't even know how to sell, i'm just buying on weekly basis.

Wait for BTC to keep dropping. Soon people who bought at 30K may start to take their profits. The people who bought at 120K will be the bag holders.

Wait, I assumed since you posted to r/btc that you were holding BTC. The Solana, certainly hodl and wait. But the 401jk, I'm not sure, I haven't really researched that one personally. I defer to others who have.
