Been looking to buy the land next to mine too (not necessarily by selling BTC, relax folks).

The investor who owns it bought it at the market peak for much more than I assessed it to be worth, realized far too late that there was 0 chance of flipping the "house" on it, tried to put it on the market again...and has since unlisted it, presumably praying for rate cuts to save them.
I'd like to buy it at a fair price and they're probably in distress, but IMO a fair-but-elevated price is like 50% of what they paid. The trick is that it's the only property adjacent to me that's likely to be for sale...so I have to balance its unique value to me.

$MNT.TO (warning that is not a domain) is the Canadian, mint if you want to buy gold.
I am in some solid stocks but decided to take a small bet in $HIVE. Not the best optics since they were primarily in crypto btc farming. But they do have a lot of BTC holdings and just spun up a new centre for mining that essentially increases their output by 4x-ish, so over the next year they are gogin to have very positive y-o-y comparisons.
There was recent hype about crypto transferring their datacenter skills into HPC for AI because there has been a big shift since mega corps want to blow billions on it.
So $HIVE has also shifted to HPC and has a partnership with Bell canada(coming next year) and they already have a new datacenter on the way.
While their stock hasn't done much for a few years all the catalysts right now are giving them their first real steps forward on faster growth. the stock is starting to reflect that, but there is a lot of immediate growth you can capture if you get in now before all the quarterly reports and new datacenter take into effect.
Lastly
1) they are Canadian. 2) they target green power.

So anyways, you can have your stable etf investments, I have some in $mnt.to. $hive is my small gamble.

This is not investment advice and all in my opinion etc.

Futures are settled in cash not BTC. It's the same idea, you can't withdraw from moat ETFs anyway so they probably have backroom deals.
That's why if you get an ETF only but from ETFs that do proof of reserves like Bitwise.

Worst time to sell. Get a loan with the lowest possible interest rate. And cash out the same amount when BTC reaches 200k +

Checked your video and it would be nice to clarify they are using BTC on Lightning Network which is free, if not basically free. Not btc network because that would charge $2-4 on a $20 transaction.
Thank you for the video though man

#
[die 4 main Islamic Etfs \(glaube sogar die Einzigen\)](https://preview.redd.it/z2v6phy0ayqf1.png?width=1700&format=png&auto=webp&s=f77835f8dfdeb0cac5543cd98fc40e85a0e55268)
Soll ich einfach "all in" in the IShares Etf gehen? + Sind nicht 700m wenig? Va. 13m sind schon sehhhhhr niedrig, da macht ja ein Wahl schon zu viel aus.
Leider aber halt Distibuting der Rest, kennt ihr alternativen? Evt. automatisch reinvestieren ect?
Danke euch

Why not use the money you intend to DCA into BTC to pay down your loan? What's the % rate on the loan? Is it greater than 20% CAGR of BTC?

Why not? People __love__ to gamble. BTC promised to get rich with a 100% success rate. YOU are literally proofing my point.
Don't make the fallacy to appoint your preferred reasoning to an outcome. There are dozens of reasons why BTC could have sored. It all being a fake pump with printed Tether not being the least likely one.
BTC is not digital gold. It is digital hope. Gold has a use case. BTC only has the hope to sell it to someone for more value later. It cannot store value.

Many view BTC as a store of value, first and foremost, over a payment system. It's a hedge against inflation.
