Is saying that MSTR is a fund in the same sense as other BTC fund problematic when you consider how overextended they are to accumulate their BTC?

I don't see btc hitting a new ath this year at this point. Macro environment isn't looking good, and as we saw BTC still dumps at the first sign of trouble. It's only a safe haven asset if people treat it like one, which they aren't.
Now id love to be wrong, but just my guess.

BTC to test 63k level by next year August 2026. Then rally past 180k March 2027 and the new low will be no lower than 90k from then on

Hello, I’m trying to recover Bitcoin from an old BTC.com PDF from 2017. The file includes my Wallet Identifier v3, Encrypted Primary Seed, Backup Seed, Encrypted Recovery Secret, and a BTC.com public key QR code.
The PDF also refers to blocktrail.com/recovery, but the site is no longer active.
Has anyone recovered their funds in a similar situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most everyone here will lose BTC here. First 15 years was emotional retail investors, institutional sharks are here now and they know what y'all are thinking.

Buy BTC or ETH

You're assuming a brutal bear market. ETH has already seen 9 out of 12 red months. 2024 also had its fair share of red months. Many alts have been worse off than even ETH. Only BTC and BNB really had significant gains on the 2021 ATHs. Most people holding alts have already been through hell, and they may decide not to sell at all - why bother? But BTC is another story. What if alts rally in 2026 and BTC trades sideways? We'll see.

One thing is that once you find a project you like (Solana and BTC for me), the volatility makes it almost tedious to go back to other assets.

BTC is my fute of choice.

With global liquidity drying up a bit since October, yen carry trade unwinding, BTC down due to deleveraging…there might be some crazy losses in this sub the coming months.

Still holding and selectively buying dips. Bitcoin being -10% YTD isn’t shocking as BTC cycles always have brutal retraces before the next leg up.

Because I only put money in it I don’t really need. It will probably be 20-30 years before I sell. I believe in BTC long term, so what happens on a day to day or even month to month basis is not really relevant.

In my mind it really depends on where you think BTC goes from here. If it rallies back up then the grift can continue. I personally wouldn't be surprised if it BTC broke down to $50k from here at some point. It had an insane hopium rip after Trump got elected and hasn't broke back down till this past month. I could really see it go back to pre-Trump election levels unless they find some other narrative to run with.
Though I'm not going to pretend I have a crystal ball shoved up my ass on this. None of these trade in reality. If they did BTC would be trading under a dollar like every other shit coin and MSTR would be an overleveraged heap in bankruptcy court.
