SafePal Swap Failure – Funds Lost – Support Ignoring Case – Need Guidance
Hello everyone,
I am sharing my experience to warn users and seek guidance.
I performed a swap using SafePal internal swap system:
BTC → BNB → DOG (Runes)
Order ID: 10036e31-efaa-3892-ddd9-2e638fb57bae
During the transaction, my BTC was debited, but the DOG (Runes) tokens were never credited to my wallet.
Despite multiple detailed support requests, SafePal keeps sending generic responses, without addressing the technical evidence, transaction hash, or providing any resolution timeline.
This appears to be a platform operational failure, not user error.
Has anyone faced similar issues with SafePal swaps?
What is the best escalation path to recover funds?
I will keep this thread updated.

I started DCA in August with 35% BTC, 25% ETH, 15% SOL, 15% AAVE and 10% BNB and I'm down 34%. Still depositing 100usd weekly.
I also made an excel sheet programmed to determine allocation of the 5 coins based on the latest price movement. So the allocation is dynamic, like for the next week, the 100usd would be distributed accordingly, for example: 32%-19%-18%-16%-15%.
