Nvidia has not publicly claimed or mentioned about the B20. 
Its all from suppliers which are rumours.  
Something is in the works, but whether it comes or not is not certain

Currently Nvidia has an ai chip that will meet the trade restrictions with China. Revenues and earnings for China are not in the current company's estimates. That ai chip is the B20. Once they start shipping the B20 this year look for price targets to get reset higher. Currently Loop Capital yesterday raised price target on Nvidia to 250.00 a share. Several others also have 200+ price targets. For those that are interested in the info on the B20 they can google the info. At this point it's our opinion that Nvidia definitely looks like it's heading higher as the market continues to receive positive news from trending lower oil prices, ending of wars, lower interest rates are coming and lower inflation.
