Also I own ayala properties: the old ones. And happy with it, pero the current development , qualitywise medjo di na maganda. Again liquidity din magiging issue no with $ALI they sell premium condo sa middle class. Dapat nag stay nalang sila sa upmarket; rather than target the middle segment.
