I own multiple properties and Im happy with it.... kaya I know the upside and downside.
Pero pero yung issue mo lang dyan is liquidity and yung recuring costs such maintainance and RPTs.
Dapat kumikita or self sustaining nga property mo if hindi. Additional din cost yun.
Also I own ayala properties: the old ones. And happy with it, pero the current development , qualitywise medjo di na maganda. Again liquidity din magiging issue no with $ALI they sell premium condo sa middle class. Dapat nag stay nalang sila sa upmarket; rather than target the middle segment.
