The investment seeks to track the MSCI Europe Minimum Volatility (USD) 100% Hedged to USD Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities and other instruments of the index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the index. The index is an equity benchmark which represents the performance of European developed market equity securities that have lower volatility characteristics relative to the broader European developed equity markets and with the currency risk inherent in the securities included in the index hedged to USD. It is non-diversified.
