The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of its underlying index, the Workplace Equality Index™ (the "index"). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index consists of approximately 200 publicly traded stocks of U.S. and foreign companies which support equality for LGBT employees through their workplace practices, including non-discrimination policies regarding sexual orientation and gender identity and providing full benefits for same-sex spouses, domestic partners and transgender individuals.
