The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, track the performance of the Bernstein Global Research Index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities of the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of large-cap global stocks rated "Outperform" by sell-side analysts of Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., LLC ("Bernstein" or the "index provider") and ranked within one of the top three quintiles of Bernstein's published quantitative alpha model.
