ChartExchange LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in, or reliance upon, the information on this website.

3.Market Data

US Market Data is live. OTC, CA, GB, and options are EOD.

4.Payments

By ordering any subscription on chartexchange.com you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use and you authorize ChartExchange to automatically charge your bank card according to the billing period manually selected by you.
If a trial is not canceled before its expiration date, it will continue as a recurring paid plan.
Invoices are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All billing is recurring, which means you will continue to get billed until you cancel your subscription.

5.Cancelation and Refunds

To cancel a trial or end a subscription, unselect "Auto-renew" on the Premium account tab. Trials can be canceled any time.
Only annual subscriptions can be refunded, and only within the first 14 days after a paid invoice.
1. To refund a subscription after it has been paid, open the associated invoice and click "Cancel".
