LCNB Corp. Announces Third Quarter Dividend

LEBANON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 2020--LCNB Corp. (NASDAQ: LCNB) The Board of Directors of LCNB Corp. at their meeting on Monday, August 17, 2020, declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend, which is unchanged from the Second Quarter 2020 dividend, will be paid on September 15, 2020, to all outstanding shareholders of record as of September 1, 2020.
