BATON ROUGE, La., Dec. 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lamar Advertising Company (Nasdaq: LAMR), a leading owner and operator of outdoor advertising and logo sign displays, announces that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share payable on December 30, 2020 to stockholders of record of Lamars ClassA common stock and ClassB common stock on December 21, 2020. Including the dividend payable on December 30, 2020, Lamar will have declared and paid quarterly distributions to stockholders in 2020 in an aggregate amount of $2.50 per common share.
