Kulicke & Soffa Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.12

SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 26, 2020--Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. The dividend payment will be made on October 13, 2020 to holders of record as of September 25, 2020.
