* Eastman Kodak (KODK) - Will report Q2 results after the close Tuesday. Shares closed down 28% Monday after White House Press Secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, said the US will not proceed further with the company unless allegations of insider trading are cleared.

* The Peck Company (PECK) - Shares were up 25% in pre-market action following news the company will acquire Sunworks (SUNW) in an all-stock deal.

* K12 (LRN) - To publish Q4 results after market close Tuesday. This education stock has been one of the more sensitive education names amid uncertainty surrounding the 2020/2021 school year.

* Viavi Solutions (VIAV) - Will report quarterly earnings after market close Tuesday. Investors may have gotten a little preview of the upcoming results given better-than-expected results out of peer in the lighting/optical space, Lumentum (LITE). Lumentum also gave strong Q1 guidance. Shares of both Lumentum and Viavi were up about 3% in pre-market action.

* Koss Corporation (KOSS) - Shares were higher Tuesday morning following circulation Monday morning of a California court document that showed an Apple suit against the company related to patent infringement. Koss had previously filed a patent complaint against Apple at the end of July.
