Insteel Industries Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend MOUNT AIRY, N.C., Aug. 18, 2020

MOUNT AIRY, N.C., Aug. 18, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Insteel Industries, Inc. (NasdaqGS: IIIN) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock, payable on September 25, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 11, 2020.
