Harbor Custom Development Prices 1,766,700 Share IPO At $6/Share

GIG HARBOR, Wash., Aug. 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Harbor Custom Development, Inc. (the "Company"), an innovative and market leading real estate company involved in all aspects of the land development cycle, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,766,700 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $6 per share, for gross proceeds of $10,600,200, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 265,005 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount, to cover over-allotments.
