(the Company or Assure) (TSXV: IOM; OTCQB: ARHH), a provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring services, will delay the release of its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020 and subsequent earnings conference call, previously scheduled for Friday, August 28th to Monday, August 31, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. ET. The Company will file its financial statements and report its financial results via press release after market close on August 31, 2020. The delay in filing is associated with scheduling issues and the limited availability of certain employees critical to Company external reporting processes.
