Flexsteel Industries, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

DUBUQUE, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 16, 2020--Flexsteel Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:FLXS), announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 a share, payable October 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of September 30,2020.

Flexsteel has paid cash dividends on its common stock each year since 1938. This is the 315th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
