(FTFT) touched a 52-week high of $3.74 Thursday morning, after the company announced a Share Exchange Agreement with Joy Rich Enterprises Ltd. to buy 90% of the issued and outstanding shares of Nice Talent Asset Management Ltd., a Hong Kong-based asset management company, from Joy Rich.

The stock has been trading between $0.42 and $3.74 in the past one year, and is currently trading at $3.39, up 71 cents or $26.50% in the regular trading session Thursday.
