CBB Bancorp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $.077 Per Share

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2022--CBB Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company') (OTCQX: CBBI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.077 per common share. The dividend is payable on or about February 25, 2022, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 11, 2022.
